Well it is nice to see Zito performing !

You know I have waited three years to say this but I am thrilled at how good Zito is looking. It did take an awful long time to get here though..... but let's not dwell on the past. The fact is Zito is throwing shutout style ball right now and I sure hope he stays on target.

The thrill is seeing him tossing the ball in the same light and skill as Timi, Matt and let me add Randy as long as we admit Mr Johnson seems to throw a good game and then a bad game and then a good... etc etc

But for now I just want to watch this team excel with three bright shining stars and an old one that flickers but still has the ability to inspire......

Now all we need to do is figure out what to do with Sanchez. I like the guy but he is really not bringing it this year.

A happy day as CAIN gets run support......a sad day ......... BUT NOW we may take their place

Not to dwell on negativity but after the Dodgers made their historic 13 win at home record...... less than 12 hours later the news hits that Manny has been hit with a 50 game suspension for banned substances.... what was it they ask..... a testosterone builder they say.... who cares... maybe now they will lose a few..

On the upside it looks like Cain has gotten some run support, after a dismal lose yesterday 11-1 under the ailing Randy Johnson (back injury) the current score for today's game is 7-0 and they are still shooting for that shutout. I am feeling good about our Cain, Timi, Zito starters ...... Johnson and Sanchez... you still need to prove it to me.
